The Digital Enterprise program

The Digital Enterprise Program is an Australian Government initiative aimed at helping organisations succeed online. The program provides free group training and one-on-one coaching support for small-to-medium enterprises (SME) and not-for-profit organisations (NFP) to help them better maximise online opportunities.

The program will help all types of businesses improve their online presence, offer new products and services, expand their market, improve their competitiveness and increase communication with customers and suppliers.

The group training programs are held at various locations in the Greater Sydney Digital Enterprise program region with topics ranging from How to Create a Digital Strategy to Building Online Communities and Protecting your Brand Online. You can view all of the training topics here.

The Greater Sydney Region program is being delivered by the NSW Business Chamber. The region incorporates the following areas:

  1. Inner South West / Sutherland
  2. South West / Outer South West
  3. North Sydney / Hornsby & Ryde
  4. City & Inner South / Eastern Suburbs

About the NSW Business Chamber

About the Mentors

Luke Hodges Luke Hodges is a digital marketing specialist that has experience spanning across large corporates, government, not-for-profits and SME’s. He has a passion for applying the digital marketing techniques used in large organisations to small businesses to help them succeed and grow.

Luke comes from a strong technical background and has developed digital marketing strategies for a number of organisations, giving him a complete understanding of topics such as lead generation, conversion optimisation, web development, email, search and social.

Phillip Parisis Phillip Parisis works with both large and small businesses, to improve online user experience through psychological triggers, design principles and traffic sources in order to generate profitable leads and increase Google rankings.

Phillip has over 10 years’ experience in strategising, creating and developing web solutions, lead funnels and optimizing conversions for ASX200 listed companies, large and small online retailers and small businesses. Phillip’s background also includes lecturing in web design principles and digital marketing strategy, as well as workplace experience from both client side and agency perspective.

laila hage-ali With over a decade working in the marketing industry Laila has the unique ability to seamlessly blend strategic business objectives with practical yet innovative marketing solutions to assist any organisation achieve its goals.

Her experience spans across a variety of industries from small industrial businesses to multi-million dollar global organisations. Laila’s area of expertise range from high level strategy setting and tactical campaign planning in a digital space and offline to copy writing and refining the customer service experience.

josh keefe Joshua has worked with large and small businesses to build their online presence. He is experienced in the project management of ecommerce, general websites, promotional landing pages and email marketing EDMS. He enjoys working closely with clients on their projects to ensure their objectives are met on time and on budget, he is Prince2 Practitioner certified and believes in continuous improvement.
